All of our vehicles have been insured with an insurance company (hereinafter referred to as the “Insurance Party”) appointed by TRAC with Comprehensive Insurance in accordance with the provisions stated in the insurance policy.
This insurance applies to all TRAC vehicle rental services, both car rental with a driver and only vehicle rental, which coverage, replacement nominal, and so on are regulated in these Terms and Conditions.
This insurance is mandatory and attached to our services. By using the TRAC service, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of this insurance. Therefore, we advise you to read in detail the Terms & Conditions of this Insurance before placing an order for the service.
Insurance protection begins when you as a tenant start using TRAC's services and vehicles, and automatically ends following the end of your rental period.

This insurance covers Third Party Liabilities, Passenger Legal Liability, Personal Accident, and Total Lost Risk.
