   In maximizing the cleanliness of the unit, we always ensure that the vehicle is washed and cleaned with disinfectant before and after use.

   TRAC focuses on cleanliness throughout its operational and organizational processes. All employees complete health information regularly.
3. 100% Drivers Have Been Vaccinated
   The driver on duty has been 100% vaccinated, conducts regular swabs and checks health conditions prior to duty which includes normal body temperature, no symptoms of cough, flu, sore throat or respiratory problems.
4. Maximum Keep Distance and Hygiene
   TRAC drivers minimize physical contact with passengers and always wear masks. TRAC provides hand sanitizer in each unit for your safety and comfort while traveling.

For your safety and security while using TRAC services, we protect you with insurance protection. These Insurance Terms and Conditions are binding and regulate the insurance matters that we provide to you as our customer. The following are general provisions regarding TRAC insurance:

• All of our vehicles have been insured with an insurance company (hereinafter referred to as the “Insurance Party”) appointed by TRAC with Comprehensive Insurance in accordance with the provisions stated in the insurance policy.
• This insurance applies to all TRAC vehicle rental services, both car rental with a driver and only vehicle rental, which coverage, replacement nominal, and so on are regulated in these Terms and Conditions.
• This insurance is mandatory and attached to our services. By using the TRAC service, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of this insurance. Therefore, we advise you to read in detail the Terms & Conditions of this Insurance before placing an order for the service.
• Insurance protection begins when you as a tenant start using TRAC's services and vehicles, and automatically ends following the end of your rental period.

This insurance covers Third Party Liabilities, Passenger Legal Liability, Personal Accident, and Total Lost Risk.
